On January 17, 2023, the representative of Hong Kong Techang Company and Argentina Empress Minera Itavi S.A company officially signed the agreement on the transfer of lithium mining rights. The exploitable resource area reaches 22,789 hectares, and the resource amount is about millions of tons of lithium carbonate storage. The initial investment amount is 500-600 million US dollars, with an annual output of 50,000 tons of lithium carbonate and an output value of about 4 billion US dollars (25 billion yuan).
